CPAP Pressure: 8.5-20 (average 9.4)

RE: removing mask
I used to wake up with the mask off fairly regularly when I was using the Quattro FX hybrid mask - but since I have gone over to the F & P Pilairo about 12 months the problem has not happened...

Either I have got more accustomed sleeping with CPAP - or the aliens find me less attractive without the big mask on my face...

RE: removing mask
seems i`ve found the solution, my mask was missing the cushion clip & i think i was removing it because of air leaking onto my face.

bought a new clip & have had a week of not taking it of except for when i get up through the night to go to the toilet
