I've been using the same pillow for my N30i for about 4 months now with no issues. I usually can go about 6 months before I notice it not sealing normally.
I see no reason to replace them unless the effectiveness is lessened. It may be different for your situation, though.

the silicon nasal part came apart from the plastic I have to replace it

I order all my replacement cushions from Amazon at fairly reasonable prices.
