Did you follow these directions? Let us know what it shows.

With your StellarTM150 turned on, push the “info” button, found to the right of the screen. Continue to push the button until page 11 is shown. You can find the Device Number on this page. To exit from this screen and return to therapy, push the Monitor button.

It's possible that MyAir doesn't work in your country. I'm only guessing...

My guess is that MyAir doesn't support the Stellar 150. Some of the 150 series can not be supported by OSCAR because the data on their SD card is not compatible with all the 9, 10, and 11 series machines from ResMed.
Apnea Board Monitors are members who help oversee the smooth functioning of the Board. They are also members of the Advisory Committee which helps shape Apnea Board's rules & policies. Membership in the Advisory Members group does not imply medical expertise or qualification for advising Sleep Apnea patients concerning their treatment.

From the ResMed website:

Quote:myAir works exclusively with ResMed AirSense and AirCurve machines. It’s not compatible with ResMed S9 machines or CPAP machines made by other manufacturers. Some myAir features may not be available with Air10 machines.

So it seems your Stellar is not compatible with MyAir
