resscan 6.0.1.9830
i recently had to reset my computer files and programs. when i reinstalled resscan 6.0.1.9830, the program no longer provided any detailed data under the heading "Detailed Graphs". i'm wondering if i did the download properly. i seem to remember an old post on the matter in which i was instructed not to download certain features of the program. can anyone tell me why i am unable to retrieve an detailed data under "Deailed Graphs"? tnx, rzw

RE: resscan 6.0.1.9830
G'day rzw. Welcome to Apnea Board.
Two things come to mind: 1) When downloading the data from your card you need to check "Download all data" in the dialog. (I thin k that's the correct wording - something like that anyhow). 2) I see you're using an S9. Those machines only hold summary data in memory, not detailed data which is written directly to the card. is If you inserted the card in the machine after a sleep session (and it wasn't in there during the session) then no detailed data would be recorded. Also data older than 7 days (high resolution) or 30 days (detailed) gets erased. Hope this helps.

Yep, here's more info on that...
Many folks miss this when downloading data from the SD card to their personal computer: On the download page is a box where you can select to download Summary Data, Detailed Data, or All Data. Make sure you select "All Data". Below is a screenshot of that selection box. There is also a box on that same page you can check to SAVE your selection for all downloads.
