restlessness
I first started using a cpac over a year ago. At first it was great, slept well and woke up feeling rested. Now I don't sleep well or sometimes I don't feel rested. This started a couple of months ago. I don't know if one has anything to do with the other or not. I didn't use the machine the other night and the next day felt totally wiped out so I guess it helps some. Is this normal to not feel so rested? Just wondering if anyone else experienced this.

RE: restlessness
Welcome to Apnea Board. If you download sleepyhead and post a chart it would be helpful to see what's going on.
The links for it are right below.

Most likely if your using a fix pressure you need to adjust it due to changing conditions. Without a chart it's hard to tell.

Since your require to have 4 posts before posting a link you can use an address with a break in it. Example would be ht tp://

What else has changed in the last year?  Medications?  Supplements?  Exercise?  Mood?  Stress?  Lots of things can affect sleep quality.

RE: restlessness
Have you put on any weight?
Sometimes it does not take much to upset things.
There may be a lot of other reasons though.
Medicines can have a big effect, they can help or interfere with sleep.
Sometimes the nervous system can affect sleep, mine does, but then I was very ill and this is a side affect of the illness.
It can have a huge effect on sleep.  What has changed in your life?
