results seem ok but don't feel any better
    Hi,
I'm once again appealing to your collective expertise. I'm using the machine regularly and the AHI is consistently low. I can't seem to sleep for very long with the full mask on, however, and so I'm always tired. Overall, I wouldn't say that I feel much better than before I began all of this. Is there anything that jumps out to all you knowledgeable people that might be a problem?
Best,
Jeff

RE: results seem ok but don't feel any better
I switched from DS and min pressure 8.5 to Resmed on min pressure 7.0.
In both cases Ahi was 0.6 but on DS I felt more rested.

What I’m doing now is checking higher min pressure. I just bumped it to 8.0 and after few nights I feel better. I may get it up to 8.4 to be as close to DS settings as possible.

No idea if it may help you but I think it’s worth checking.
Relaying exclusively on AHI won’t bring good results IMO.
