sleepyhead not receiving data
need a little help here . i'm a new cpap user and have been watching my own data for piece of mind. i use a mac and have downloaded the 60 patch and all was well. i was also sending my data to sleepmapper. as of sunday yesterday sleepyhead could not recieve my data yet sleepmapper did. today neither sleepmapper or sleepy head worked. is there is somthig that is happening because of the shift away from daylight saving time back to standard time. thanks

Welcome to the forum!!! We are glad you joined us!!! Welcome

As to your question about SleepyHead software, I am not aware of any issue with the change between Daylight Saving Time and Standard Time. I have used SH for two years without issue on a Mac. However, I have not downloaded data since the time change this year.

Are you using the latest iteration of Mac OS software, Mavericks?

You had mentioned sending your data to the Respironics SleepMapper site. I tried it when it first came out and never could get ANY data to upload successfully. So I quit. Besides, you get much more usable data from SH. Sleep-well

I know that when I changed the clock on my machine, it forced a wipe of *ALL* data. So I may not change it anymore...

I am using a mac with Lion and am having no problems.
I do not use the Windows version on Bootcamp but use the Mac version.

PRS1 machines use UTC values internally for time, so they do not need to be changed for DST or when changing timezones. It is the computer software that converts from UTC to local time based on its timezone settings.
