In some cases jeepersheart, even if you lose weight you do not get rid of sleep apnea.

There are some people who have caused their sleep apnea to go into remission because of weight loss. I wasn't one of them. I lost right about 100 lbs and after I had stabilized weight-wise, I went in for another sleep study to see if I could get rid of the machine.

Congrats to you for pursuing a full sleep study. Sleep-well
