Hi,
can anybody recommend a soft cervical collar? I read some posts about it, and want to try. If somebody has good experience please recommend. If not allowed here, please send PN. Thank you very much, Christian Thanks

any of the ones at your drug/chemist store or amazon, they would be about $10

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

The OTC collar from Amazon for about $10 comes in a good selection of sizes and is quite comfortable. It has the added advantage of preventing chin tucks. I've been using it for several months. It was one of the few I found with a size selection guide. It comes in three heights and a range of collar sizes.

I use a "one size fits most" one from the local drug store (they have two, that one and a rather small one).  It works fine for me, but I should probably look for something closer to my large neck size.  Don't over think it.
