software version 6 for escapes8 machine not reading my card
I downloaded the version 6 resmed software . did the pt information saved it when I hit download it says insert data card or device generator. I keep putting the card in but nothing happens I purchased the smart card reader
acr38 I kept this machine so long because it worked fine went to get a DOT physical and Dr said he needed a years worth of compliance data or I have to get another sleep study can someone help One thread said I have to click all data on the download page but I didn't see where that was none the less its saying no card installed.
do I need a different version software?
