RE: How to access Airsense 10 Expiratory pressure relief (EPR™) settings
Your min pressure is set 4.2. The absolute lowest it can go is 4. No matter what you set the EPR to it can only reduce 0.2 cm.

You need to set min to 7. EPR 3

Min7 - EPR3 = 4

NO,  THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM.  Please Read above note again!  Problem is "the EPR patient enable is now turned off"  Was on a few days ago.
Need to get THAT turned back on...   Max pressure is 15...     Steve   Sad

Stevekuk, we always access EPR On and the settings that by going through the clinical menu. Click the home button and control knob at the same time and enter the clinical menu. Scroll down to comfort settings and verify EPR is set On Full Time at the setting you choose. It is possible the patient menu for EPR is turned off, but you can still access it in the clinical menu.

stevekuk,
Since you are using the new A11, I have split your post from the 2017 thread discussing the A10 that you posted in.

I apologize for the post ---  I FIGURED IT OUT - SIMPLE STUPID MISTAKE -   In the patient menu is "pressure reduce"  It is NOT labeled EPR so I missed it.    The problem is fixed.  Sorry for all the fuss.  I even sent it to Univ Sleep center - but no reply...
(My post got moved - so apologize if 2 replies)

Thank you for the information. I know we will have many AS11 users looking for the same thing. Until the release of the AS11, it was listed as, "EPR".

To clarify, the AS11 still lists it as "EPR" on the Clinician menu.  On the Patient menu (where ON/OFF are only selections), it is listed as "Pressure Relief".   I guess Resmed thought patients would be confused by the abbreviation and didn't have room for all three words.  :-)
