starting to have a problem staying asleep

RE: starting to have a problem staying asleep
Alcohol will knock you out, alright, but it only lasts a few hours and then you are needing to pee badly because the kidney's have to work overtime to get rid of the poison (and your body sees it as a poison) and you'll wake up with a bad headache and need to drink more to get back to sleep. And around it goes. You would be better off waiting for natural sleep awhile. And if you can't get to sleep without some kind of drug there are better ones available than alcohol, but you have to be very careful not to combine them with alcohol because those combinations can kill you.

Thanks, it was more of a joke, I can not drink. Uncontrolable drunk after just driving by a bar. Dielaughing

It's not funny so I quit about 25 years ago. Thank God.
