Thanks a million for your reply jaswillians, I'll pop it up to 10.5 tonight and give it a try.

RE: Newbie charts...Do I need to adjust machine?
Hi again,

I've attached charts for the last three nights, and my AHI is at about 3.6 all three nights. I'm happy that this seems to be stable now. (I had the min pressure at 12 last night as an experiment, but this didn't seem to help so I'll put it back to 10.5 today I think.)

I have AFlex set at 2. I'm using the humidifier on the adaptive setting at 3.

I'm wondering is there anything else I can do to reduce my AHI further? Would trying to reduce mask leaks be the next thing to tackle or are there other settings that might help?

While I'm feeling a good bit better than I was before increasing my min pressure, I'm still feeling tired.

Thanks again for your help,
Tess

Looks pretty good tiredtess. If you want to make adjustments I would use 0.5 cm increments. For example try 11.0 minimum pressure. At this stage it is pretty easy to move pressure too quickly, which is likely what happened at minimum pressure of 12.

I think you still need a higher minimum.
Move slowly and get a few days worth of data before making your next change.

Thanks very much Sleeprider and tedvpap. I'll leave the min pressure as is for a while and then try going up by 0.5.

I'd be totally lost without your help. I really appreciate your time.

Tess, I would also turn off the VS2 snores in the event graph as it does not provide any useful information and clutters up your graphs. You can do this by clicking the flags button bottom left of the screen and in the list turn off the VS2 flag.

Thanks jaswilliams, I've done that now :-)

My AHI is down to 3.25 today and I'm feeling less tired. It's a good day!

Thanks

Hi again,

I just wanted to give a quick update and say thanks again.

I have turned flex off completely now, and have increased my minimum pressure a little more. I have also changed my mask to the Philips Nuance gel pillow mask and I'm finding that more comfortable.

My AHI last night was 1.58 (SleepyHead screenshot attached). I never thought I'd be able to get my AHI down so low - I'm delighted.

Thanks again to everyone who helped,
Tess
