unstable breathing with BiPAP (possible flow limitations?)

unstable breathing with BiPAP (possible flow limitations?)
Hi i have problem with my flow rate using BiPAP
I feel little bit better using it for UARS diagnosed in LAB but I feel like there is something wrong still going on.
For example in this nap I took today I have a lot of narrowing and unstable breathing in flow rate.
Could it be that I am still having flow limited breaths and over time they cause minor arousals? Should flow rate graph be more flat and stable?
I attached DATA from OSCAR.

Do you see the same breathing pattern every night? What about at lower PS like 4? Overall, do you feel rested when you wake up?
