updating sd card with pressure adjustment

updating sd card with pressure adjustment
I  have owned a respironics dream station for one year. I use the phillips card uoploader to connect to the dream mapper with my pc. at the beginning my service provider would change the pressure settings as required on dream mapper and my sd card would be updated accordingly just by signing into the card uploader and then to dream mapper and the pressure would be as per the change. Recently on two occasions the service provider made the pressure changes to dream mapper and when i sign in to the card uploader and then to the dream mapper the changes are not transferred to the sd card. Has anyone experienced this issue?
