sleep fragmentation and arousals all throughout the night every night and daytime sleepiness.
Then comes leaks and am concerned about the centrals although they aren't large in number.

I voted "Mask Dislodgement" but more specifically, my complaint is about the times the bottom of my mask rides up from my chin and ends up in my mouth - which seems to be a problem for others as well. It doesn't happen very often (maybe once a month or so) but when it does it completely ruins that night's sleep. I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong/different on the nights it happens.
