Yep, that's the difference in the regular Nuance and the Pro. The frame is fabric and soft on my face rather than sacs of gel that the Pro has. Headgear and pillows are identical and interchangeable. Like the Pilairo, very little of the cushion actually goes up your nose, and it seals wonderfully for me.
Should you ever try a WISP, you'll face a similar choice - they make a silicone frame and a fabric one. I have both, and like them both, some people report that the fabric frame wears out quickly on the WISP.
No gel in the silicone frame for this one, thankfully.
