New AHI low last night! - pdbabb66 - 06-24-2015
Hello, my fellow CPAPers!
I had a new low of 3.4 AHI last night, which was both a new low with my new larger sized mask, and new overall low. But, for reasons unknown to myself, I took may mask off 5 hours into my sleep and didn't put it back on. Granted, I only slept for another hour or so. My leak rate was 2 so perhaps I'll tighten my mask a smidge tonight to take care of that.

Way to go guys. Good job getting to this point. When you get good enough at this, you can try for the goal that Retired_Guy is shooting for. His goal is negative AHI.
