I am following the uploads with the SleepMapper App. If I can see the data, so can the DME.

Ah ok. When I tried to use the SleepMapper app it told me my provider never assigned a modem to my device so I could never see that data.

Well, I'm happy that my machine does not have a modem!
Sure it may be convenient for DME to get information from your machine compared to sending the SD card in, but through that modem, they can also make changes to your settings without you knowing.

The DME Provider asked me for my email address and set the account up with that. I use that as my log in name to SleepMapper.
