New AHI low of .3 - pdbabb66 - 07-09-2015
I've been turning my settings up a little bit over the past couple of weeks, and last night I had an all-time low AHI of .3! The funny thing is, I have a pretty decent cold accompanied by chest congestion. BTW, I turned my bottom number to 6 from 4.

Most people see an improvement from increasing the minimum pressure above 4 cm. It's fine to leave a machine wide-open to get a sense of your titration range, but eventually a minimum pressure equal to at least your average pressure seems to work better. Congrats.

Great, Hope things continue to go well for you with your CPAP therapy and that you are sleeping better, WOO HOO! Keep up the good work.
Make sure you leave your machine on the settings you have now for a week to 10 days before you make any more changes so you can see through your data-management software how you are really doing.
