Clock is 1 hour off - me50 - 08-15-2015

I have checked my clock settings on my laptop and they are correct. But, when I download my information in SH, it is 1 hour earlier than it actually is.

EX: I woke up at 6:30 AM this morning but SH shows I woke up at 5:30 AM.

This is the first time that I have noticed it being off. I have noticed that when I looked at the data on my screen that somehow it would show monthly instead of daily and it has been on daily for as long as I had this machine until the past week and I have to change it every time.

There is no modem attached to my machine. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Have you checked the clock time showing on the machine

Maybe something to do with daylight saving, and the machine clock has not been changed

That is the case with AirSense 10, whenever you unplug the machine, revert back to monthly

Why would the time be off though?

the date and time were wrong and I can only guess that happened when I unplugged the machine. I can set the time okay but I cannot change the date because it says there is data for that date already.

[b]Guess I should have never unplugged it.

Look back through your data and you might find the one hour shift has been there since about March 9th.

(Daylight savings time. The machine clock does not automatically adjust.)

Does anybody really know what time it is? Smile

Unplugging should not be causing any discrepancies with the time, unless if there is a problem with the hidden battery .. if there is such battery

You cannot go back in time, before erasing the data (machine hours are not erased)
Your machine is on Australian time zone Smile ... today is Sunday August 16 2015

with the exception of the time on Friday August 14 everything was okay. I will just see if I can figure out how to delete the data from August 16 and then all should be okay. I don't know if it will let me do that though. I will work on it and see. this issue must have started in the last week because it was fine last week when I imported the data.
Thanks Zonk.
