ResScan Detailed vs. Summary Problem - tired as hell - 08-25-2015

I downloaded and installed ResScan without the drivers and configured it to download the "All Available Data" option, then downloaded data. But on the legend all the data has a "Summary Icon" next to it, and I'm not able to see any of the detailed graphs in the report.

I have a AirSense 10 Cpap. Is the issue with the Cpap unit and what data it is recording to the SD Card, or is it with the ResScan software??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We need to know the exact model. "AirSense 10" describes about four machines, not all with data capability.

The unit is a "ResMed Airsense 10 CPAP".... At least that is what it says on the front of it. I think it is the most basic unit and not an "Autoset" It was about $800.00 if that helps.

Thanks

Unfortunately the S10 CPAP does not record detailed data, just the basics. If at all possible, see if you can exchange your machine for an S10 Elite or (preferably) an S10 Autoset.

I would get the machine replaced with the 'AutoSet', even if have to loose some money on the exchange

Supplier #2, have the 'AirSesnse 10 AutoSet' include the heated tube $825.00, and $789.00 without the heated tube
Talk to them, they might do a deal with you

Good news, The DME swapped out the Cpap for an Auto at no charge. Now that is what I call Customer Service!!! Is there a post that I can follow for how to use the resscan software and how to interpret all those squiggly lines??

Congrats on the auto machine!
