cpap machine - sleepwell2015 - 09-02-2015
I am using CPAP machine along with chin strap to avoid leaks from my mouth. Was looking at Goodmorning tongue holding appliance. Is it good ? Can someone share their experience?

I haven't heard of the device, some people manage to keep their tongue at the roof of the mouth while sleeping and that seem to works, allowing air to go down the airways instead of escaping through the mouth
The other thing, might not in your case, when the nose is stuffy, tend to encourage mouth breathing and mouth leaks
