How to read SleepyHead Data - codename_snake - 09-02-2015

Hi All,

I'm 'quite' new to the world of CPAP and to this forum. Just got my Philip Remstar last week and installed SleepyHead software.

I'm not sure how to interpret the data from SleepyHead. Attached is the screen capture from the main summary.

What worry me is the AHI is still high and there is this Cheyne Stroke Respiration. Dont-know

Overall, it is great after using the CPAP, clearly no more nappy feeling in the afternoon and minimum snoring. Lolabove. Acid reflux also eliminated.

There is a beginners' guide in the wiki area: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Beginner%27s_Guide_to_SleepyHead
It is being reconstructed from earlier posts, but I think it is now fairly complete. It is a good place to start.

I am unable to read data from my new ResMed AirSense 10? Does Sleepyhead work with this model?

You didn't mention which model AirSense 10 you have. The lowest end model (called 'CPAP' I believe) dose not record enough data to be useful. For the other models it works very well.
