I try to download my sd card and it says connect flow generator or data card....my card is in the reader so whats up??? any help

Did you installed the the drives during ResScan installation (not needed for the S9 and A10) and have you created a patient file

I found out none of my drivers for sd cards were installed on my computer so they were not working...got them installed and everything works great...thanks!!!!
