What kind of machine do I have. - mahonhm - 10-04-2015

My machine is labeled as followed

VPAP Adapt ADAPTIVE SERVO-VENTILATOR
H5i Heated Humidifier
368814/3 2012-10

It does NOT say S9 anywhere on the paperwork od the machine
BUT it does have a S9 SD CARD.

I can get to the clinical side but I'm not sure how to set some of the
options. Does anyone have any info for this machine or the manual.

Thanks

H5i is the S9 humidifier.

Go here and request your manual

If you have the H5i humidifier, you have the S9.

To obtain the manual, go here:
http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-CPAP-Clinician-Setup-Manuals-Change-your-own-CPAP-Pressure

Scroll down to Section 3 and follow the instructions.

Here is Resmed's info page on it:

G'day Manhohn, welcome back.

Here is the "welcome guide" for your machine: http://www.resmed.com/us/dam/documents/products/machine/s9-series/welcome-guide/368814r3_s9-vpap-adapt-easv-h5i_welcome-guide_amer_eng.pdf It is indeed an S9. As mentioned in the previous posts you can get the clinician's manual by requesting it at the link given.

The VPAP Adapt is an ASV machine specifically for central apnea and periodic breathing, not recommended for ordinary obstructive apnea.
