The problem doesn't sound like a Sleepyhead issue since you recently reinstalled Windows.

The most common reason is the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package is not properly configured or was corrupt due to the reinstall.

Check the Apps & Features for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package. If it is there, go ahead and uninstall it and then download and reinstall it again from the Microsoft link provided on the SleepyHead software page.

Verify the file you downloaded is the one you really wanted to download. I've downloaded the vcredist_x86.exe file from there, I know I selected vcredist_x86.exe but I was given the ARM file. Make sure you actually get the file you need.

vcredist_x86.exe if you are running 32-bit.
vcredist_x64.exe if you are running 64-bit.

If Sleepyhead now works, great! Otherwise keep reading

If still having issues after reinstalling the MSVC++, please try running the sfc /scannow tool (built into windows) to have Windows check for any corrupt system files.

Here is more information on how to run this tool in 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

This may solve issues you are having with other programs that rely on the Visual C++ runtime.
