Sleepyhead cannot start - OMyMyOHellYes - 12-08-2015

Upon launching: "The preogram can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer." Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem."

Reinstalling does not fix the problem.

Win 10 (9 actually - the folks at Microsoft cannot count. Why do we continue to trust their OS?)

You will need to know which SleepyHead version you're using, 32 or 64 bit. This will determine which .dll to use.

Here is an excerpt from the SleepyHead link:
"If you get a message something like "MSVCR120.dll is missing," you need to install the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package" available at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 Explanation: Some versions of Windows do not have all the necessary files. These files need to be installed with Microsoft's installer, at the link above. The missing files may not always be "MSVCR120.dll", but it will be something similar starting with "MSV" and ending with ".dll"

I hope this may help.

It runs on Win 10 just fine. You are missing the DLL files linked from the Sleepyhead download page. Start here: http://www.sleepfiles.com/SH2/index.htm#Windows-version-notes

and download from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

OK - Thanks much to both. It appears to be starting up now - no data import yet, but at least the package starts.
