VA Hospital Sepulveda - TerrySnyder95 - 12-22-2015
I went nuts trying to find this number (after I lost it) to the VA Hospital (Los Angeles) Sepulveda so I could order supplies for my CPAP machine. There is no cost for supplies.
So here's the number for those of you who are veterans and going through the Los Angeles VA Hospitals (This number is to the Sepulveda Hospital and there's a number to the VA Hospital on Wilshire but I don't have that):
