Downloaded sleepyhead - can't import - Daisylouu - 12-27-2015
Downloaded software, but when I click on the icon to import, i get a blank window and nothing happens

When inserting the SD card, make sure it is recognized, and that you can see the card and files in File Explorer (assuming Windows). Note that the importer allows you to choose a file location. You must be able to see the drive containing the sleep files. If you can't then the problem is with your card reader or other hardware or software problem.
