Orangebear,
Thanks for the feedback and to let us know how you are doing. like

Just realize that some feel improvement right from the start, and others may take several months to tweak everything and to feel good. Also, you will have good days and a few bad days along the way. Just don't give up, it's a journey.

I see you've been doing it a few months longer, do you find it makes you feel better now?

Do you do the therapy every night?Dancing

i think in general i'm feeling better, improvements might be slow and steady at this point and because of that maybe less noticeable? i sleep much more now but still fragmented(2-4 hour segments, 2-6 times a day). a big plus is i'm no longer terrified to fall asleep and actually look forward to putting my mask on and sleeping as much as i possibly can.
i use my machine every time i sleep the entire time. the 1 time i was stranded away from home for a night (car broke down) i chose not to sleep at all. the fear of not breathing, like before i started treatment was just to strong.

I know it is none of my business but why were you terrified to fall asleep?

because i always woke up with a full blown panic attack, sweating and gasping for air.

That would be terrifying! Oh-jeez, I hope the therapy has eliminated that experience. No wonder you use it every night. That would be a hugh motivator.

RE: 60 Days -Lesson Learned - Rob S - 03-08-2016

it has. current 30 day average AHI 0.5 all hypopnea and all just barely long enough to be flagged.
