It says that I have reached my maximum attachment allocation 200kb.
can I upload Sleepyhead data another way. I need help with my machine.

That error message means the image is too large. Try to crop out the unnecessary bits or cut it in half and use two attachments.
Or upload it to an image site and link to it.
