Howdy folks!

I'm asking all members to log in and please make sure your forum profile fields (HERE) are updated to include your current information.  You can type in the Make (Manufacturer) & Model name for your CPAP machine and CPAP mask (plus other information such as CPAP Pressure, software you use, etc.), then when you're done, make sure you click on the Update Profile button at the bottom, which saves your changes.

If you're not sure which model of CPAP you have, please refer to our CPAP Identification Pages, HERE.

Knowing not only your Machine & Mask Type, but also the Manufacturer and Model Name of your equipment makes it easier for others to help you.

Here's the direct link to update your profile (log into your forum account first):

EDIT:  Also, please make sure your "LOCATION" information is correct - at least put in your current country of residence - this makes it easier for us to help you, since medical laws, regulations and procedures vary by country.

If you need further direction on how to update various things inside your User Profile, please read this thread:

Thanks

Also, on the left side is a little gear icon that says "Edit Options."
By default the forum software sets one's time zone to US Central Time.
Some folks have not set their timezone.
There are instances when knowing your correct time zone is helpful.

Yes, knowing a member's country at least is helpful! And after reading this thread and looking at my own profile, I realized I had not changed the time zone to be correct for me. So it might be good if everyone checked their user settings for accuracy!!
