Is this a new software upgrade?
I have a black Autoset 10 (for him) that does not report RERA's. ie an old model. The Mode options are just CPAP or Autoset (no Autoset for Her option).
I have found a Response option (Standard or Soft) as the first item in the Comfort part of the clinical menu. Is this the fabled "Autoset for Her" algorithm? I don't know if the option was there all along, or if it is an upgrade that has turned up spontaneously. If so, others may like to find it.
Using Response/Soft seemed to moderate my pressure rises when I used it for the first time last night. I slept better than usual with AHI 0.3, and I'm hoping this nice smooth pressure graph is something to do with that.

Mine is SX567-0302. I'm in the Socialist Republic of Obama.

My SW is also SX567-0302.
Maybe its just an Australian thing so far? The Response/Soft feature must be new, as it is not mentioned in the ResMed Airsense 10 manual.

AutoSet Response mode
ResMed’s AutoSet algorithm now allows for additional customisation of therapy with the new AutoSet Response mode, which offers all the benefits of the enhanced AutoSet algorithm with gentler pressure increases for additional comfort.
For patients who are sensitive to faster changes in pressure during therapy, AutoSet Response can be set to either Standard or Soft. If set to Soft, patients will receive gentler pressure rises during therapy.
Patients who use the AutoSet Response feature will still get the benefits of ResMed's AutoSet technology including central sleep apnoea (CSA) detection.
Available in the AirSense 10 AutoSet and AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her devices.

My machine is an early US version doesn't have the 'standard/soft response' feature
Sound to me, more like the "autoset for her" mode in disguise. I always thought ResMed did a rush job launching the AirSense 10 too early

My machine bought in December 2014 in B.C. Canada does not have this feature and I checked for it again yesterday in case they'd updated it via the cell modem, but it's still not there.

Hmmmm. My "Comfort" mode is blacked out and cannot access it.

I think i need to investigate also. Just got my machine .. it was a replacement for a Respironics that I had a lot of humidity problems with. But .. from the SN it was made in 2015. and had 200 hrs on it. soooo not new .. not sure it matters .. works better than what I had but ins will only pay every 5 yrs .. so I think maybe I need the ResMed for Her. The sales lady told me she thought that was a advertising gimmick, but sure sounds real to me.

Hi Carbon,
Not exactly the same. It is likely that the only change from the standard AutoSet algorithm is to raise the pressure less aggressively.
In the beginning of your posted data is shown a rapid rise in pressure in response to Flow Limitation, after which the pressure decays toward the Min Pressure (9.0) with a 20 minute Time Constant (decays from around 11.0 to around 9.3 in around 36 minutes). Presumably the pressure was raised more gradually because you were using the Soft option, but the rate at which the pressure decayed was same as how the standard AutoSet algorithm behaves when reducing the pressure after Flow Limitation has gone away.
As shown in the table below, the For Her algorithm uses a 60 minute Time Constant when reducing the pressure after increases which were made in response to Flow Limitation.

Is this feature available on the Airsense Elite (fixed pressure) version or only on the auto version.

It would only be on the autoset version, Steve. The Elite operates at a single pre-set pressure, so the rate of pressure change isn't relevant.
