Low AHI - Lojos71 - 04-16-2016 Newbie here, Last night was my fifth night on the machine and my AHI was under 5 for the first time I still suffer the fatigue but hope this will improve in time Lorraine RE: Low AHI - FrankNichols - 04-16-2016 Congratulations RE: Low AHI - MitchS - 04-16-2016 Congratulations on the good results. RE: Low AHI - chill - 04-16-2016 I feel better on a hose than I did before, regardless of the AHI ups and downs. But I can really tell the difference the next day going from an AHI of 1.2 to one of 3.4. Now that I am used to getting some treatment, a 3.4 night feels almost as bad as no treatment at all. I think that means I am forgetting just how bad life was before. So congrats on getting your AHI down to the medically "acceptable" level. You might find an even lower AHI to more more personally acceptable. RE: Low AHI - holden4th - 04-17-2016 Wow, you've done really well. Took me about 2 months of experimentation and some great advice of the people on this board to record my first sub 5 AHI. These are now regular but the improvement is gradual. I accept that I will slowly get better and better. RE: Low AHI - trish6hundred - 04-17-2016 Hi Lojos71, Good job, keep up the good work. |
