Resmed S10 vs Dreamstation Auto - Weaseer - 04-23-2016

Hi all. I'm new to this forum and have been lurking for a while. I recently bought a dreamstation and really find it comfortable and easy to use. My AHI for 4 days is 4.5 I found some information regarding how AHI's are scored between the two devices on wikipedia. Just for your information Respironics scores hypopneas at 40 percent airflow restriction while Resmed scores them at 50 percent. So in other words, the dreamstation will score higher AHI's as it is more aggressive in detecting hypopneas.

Any ideas from others regarding this?

I don't think the difference is significant. At that point I would be more concerned with how I feel when I get up in the morning that the difference of a small change in AHI.

I just read it on this sight when I was looking up what RERA was. It's under Hypopnea index.

Don't know how reliable the source is though.
