res med s-10 auto - roadkingrick - 04-26-2016

Just upgraded from s-9 to s-10, having issue with the air blowing (snowflake flashing) continuously, runs like that alday, the oly way Ive found to stop it is to unplug it and replug it? Called my doc office and resmed , to no avail, they say it shouldn't do that? played with the settings turned off auto feature, nothing changes. Anyone else have this experience?

The short answer is no. I would get a new one. The snowflake means the humidifier is cooling down as if it was hot and turned off or down. I have had zero trouble with my Air Sense 10 auto set for her and no I am not a lady. I like the CPAP a lot and I have been using it now for a year. So you should be able to get a new one. Being that it is new it should be under warranty.
