Doubling of data - PaulaO2 - 05-30-2016

This is a problem I've always had with SH and am just now wondering if there is a workaround.

When I upload the week's data, instead of saying "SH has downloaded 7 data" or whatever, it says it has downloaded anywhere from 19 to 46 to sometimes even higher.

I then can find days where the data is doubled. Either the entire night is duplicated or, in the case where I get up or sleep beyond noon, just part of it is duplicated. The AHI and other data is exactly 2x. Most of the time, the time is just a few seconds or minutes off. If I turn off the lower one or the one with all the information, it shows correctly. If I turn off the others, then data from the graphs are missing, such as the flow rate.

Is there a way to stop this?

Try rebuilding the data?

How do I do that?

Rebuild CPAP Data under the Data menu.

i have a similar problem but it's not doubling. It's about 2/3rds higher than the official or accurate version. Will I give jedamark major kudos for developing the software, it seems for some folks it's full of frustrating bugs. Rebuilding the data doesn't work.

My workaround is saving the downloading directory before each download. The corruption happens in my case after I review other days than the most current day. It's not consistent though.
