New to the forum - LordOChaos - 06-01-2016

Hi everyone!

I am glad to be here, and looking over things, I think I will feel right at home.

I have questions. It appears the answers can be found here.

I have a mild apnea (about 7 per hour). This apparently qualified for a lifetime perscription. Smile

I will say that I have a better nights sleep when I use it.

I would like to upload my charts for someone to decipher with me, so that I can read them in the future and understand.

What form would best suit the community?

Thank you.

Welcome to the Apnea Board.

As an alternative to waiting, you can upload them to imgur.com and post the links here.

More SleepyHead information here including how to take a screenshot and how to organize the charts: https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead

Cannot post links, even to imgur until 8 posts and upgrade to "member."
See member levels explained here: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Membership-Levels-explained
You can attach a screenshot as a new member; but are limited to 200kb.

See how to attach and how to use the img tag to link a screenshot hosted on imgur or photobucket, et cetera.

Thanks for the correction Mongo, I will try to remember that.

Thanks everyone. I will refrain from spamming to get my 8 posts. Wink

In the interim. Man I hope this formats right...... No, it doesn't, not in the least, but since I can't upload yet, please bear with it. There is a long boring explanation for the large gap that appears if anyone wants it, but I shall not outright bore you with it.

Well you numbers look fine. A little leak action going on, but not all that bad.
Your max pressure is right up against your upper limit 0.06 away, you could try raising that a bit and see if your max follows it up.

Most importantly is how are you sleeping? Is there something specific that brings you by? Wanting to know if you should/could get a newer machine? Is there something more available now? Not quite as comfortable sleeping as you would like?

RE: New to the forum - LordOChaos - 06-01-2016

Short version;

The mask I have and am currently using is not the mask that I was originally fit for.

Trying to figure out how to get that one back without running up against those stupid @#$&%($&=:Angry@())($ prescription rules that apply to something that I have to (should) use the rest of my life. Better would be to get an xl mask, but I have not found one in my searches.

The leaks are because I hate shaving (read lazy) for the most part.
