3D Printed CPAP Masks - chill - 06-06-2016

Ran across this on another board. It is an interesting idea, I wonder if it would really reduce leaks.

Interesting article. There are a few groups pushing 3d printed masks (do a search) but I don't know if any have got to market yet. It would be great if it could be made to work at a reasonable cost.

Interesting. I hope they'll do the same for headgear. I've only used a limited number of designs so far, but I returned the Nuance Pro nasal pillows that I tried for 3 nights last month mostly because I could not figure out how to make the headgear work with my head.

I've also had problems with fitting headgear. That's why I like the simplicity of the P10.

As far the the 3D masks, it sounds like a good idea, but isn't it likely that one you lie down and are asleep that your facial muscles start to relax, and the mask may still not fit any better than what we have now. Just a thought. Dont-know
