Recently purchased a DSX500t11 from Amazon to replace my old Fisher & Paykal unit that is programed for 18 cm water pressure. How can I program the new DSX500t11 to 18 cm?[/b]

You can get the clinician manual from the forum by following the directions at the link CPAP Setup Manuals at the top of this page. You may want to try setting the new unit to Auto mode and take advantage of a range of pressure (15-20?). Congrats on the upgrade.

Welcome! Your machine is a DreamStation Auto CPAP. Use that in your profile instead of DSX500t11 so it is easier for people to identify.
