Encore 2.17.8 - Where's My Rx? - marc31 - 07-03-2016
I'm coming back to my Respironics RemStar Auto 560P at the urging of my Dr. after taking a long sabbatical. I just installed the new Encore Pro 2 / 2.17.8.0 and successfully downloaded the SD Cards Info. All my previous therapy Data is now on my Desktop, however some info is missing now from the card. The "Therapy Data" shows the dates, but each day shows "No Therapy Data is Available"..... The Prescription Tab is BLANK... The one I'm most interested in and that's what I find most confusing. When I go into the CPAP SETUP Screen, the Rx is in there along with all the previously assigned settings I performed, but why when I do download of the card, the PRESCRIPTION Tab is not being populated by all the settings? Everything is BLANK. Under "VIEW ALL HISTORY", that page is also Blank... What am I missing here?

What I failed to catch earlier after reading "most" of the posts, was simply that "encore Pro" will not always work with earlier (System One on my case) machines, so I simply switched to Encore Basic which covers the same information. Encore Pro is for the machines stated and is really fro managing multiple patients...
