EncorePro 2.17.8, unable to save edits, pls help - jbwife - 07-04-2016
I recently installed EncorePro, whenever I try to edit info, (for example the time zone GMT) the *SAVE* button at the bottom is off screen.
Scrolling up and down does not help, Control+down does not make it smaller.
I tried lowering the resolution on my display, did not work.
Every time I try to edit, I get stuck there and have to control+alt+del to pull up task manager to end task, then log back into EncorePro, and it starts all over again.
I was unable to access snipping tool to screen print, it literally locks me on that screen until I end task.
Please how do I fix this so I can use this software?
And yes, I use SleepyHead, with all it's bugs and quirks *smile*

Hi,
Ive done some testing with the resolutions on the use of Encore Pro 2.
On my PC, I set the resolution to 1280 x 1024. the [SAVE] button was visible after clicking the [EDIT] button previously.
On another thought go into device manager and check what windows is using as your monitor, it maybe be a generic.
