We call this old beast "the tower of power".
Only digital screen shows hours.
Only switch is on back to turn on/off and a greenish part does allow you to ramp it.
Not sure if it needs to be opened up to possibly be manually switched internally to reset the pressure?
This thing is probably over 25 years old.

See section 3; it looks like it uses a single turn pot for pressure adjustment.
