The cpap mask causes me to have a full feeling in my head....does anyone else experience this.....I have been using the cpap since the middle of May......Brenda Shaneyfelt

WELCOME! to the forum.!
You might try doing a sinus rince before bed time to see if that will help. Neomed make a kit with a squeeze bottle and salt packets you can get that works well for that. If your problem persists, you might mention it to your doc.

Can you be more specific what you mean by full? Is it a feeling of being congested?
Perhaps your humidifier should be turned down.

Mine feels like that all the time, used to pressure meaning congestion-now it means therapy is working. Still have to remind myself sometimes and relax. You are pressurizing everything connected to your airway
