Why are there two leakage lines on my graph?

Your graph didn't load Paul

Good Eye Might!

The top one is the total leak, including the mask vent rate. The bottom is the unintentional leak rate (e.g. where it is leaking out around the mask seal). That could be mouth leaking, do you wake up with a dry mouth?

As Chill said, Respironics displays both a total leak, and calculated excess leak above intentional mask leak. If you have a perfect seal, that bottom line stays near zero. What you need to know is you had no large leaks that would interfere with therapy, and these results are pretty good.

Edited: Resmed to Respironics brain fart

I think Sleeprider meant Philips Respironics not Resmed.

The Philips Respironics machines only report total leak numbers and Sleepyhead estimates the unintentional leak which is the lower line. The total leak number includes the intentional leak (vent rate) as well as the unintentional leak (seals leaking, mouth leaks, etc.). Resmed, on the other hand, reports their estimate of only the unintentional leaks. So with Resmed machines you only get a single line for leaks.
