I have been using a Cpap now for about 7 years. I havent been back for a sleep study since the first one. How often should we get rechecked. The reason I ask, When i first started using the CPAP i felt great. Lately, I have been getting daily headaches, always tired other signs that I am not sleeping well again. The numbers dont seem horrible, ( please correct me if I am wrong). Any other thoughts are suggestions are appreciated and welcomed.

I suggest you get a recording oximeter (not an expensive item) and record your O2 level for a couple night. It would be of most value if you had a record on a night that preceded one of the morning headache scenarios.

That info could save you some time when you get an appointment with a pulmonologist for a complete workup, which I think you should consider.

Hi scottb908,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
You might mention this to your doc, I know getting another sleep study is a pain in the butt, however, things might have changed with your pressure needs since your last one.

Hang in there for more responses to your post and good luck to you as you continue your CPAP therapy.
