For your information.Tonight I was doing my routine and recommended cleaning of the mask and it just ripped. I measured it and it measures 0.010 of an inch in the area. It was only used for about 3 weeks.

Worth contacting the manufacturer about an apparent manufacturing defect. Most will honor your claim and replace the cushion without question.

I have contacted the place of purchase and they will exchange it. That was not my concern. I just wanted others to be aware of a possible defect. I have been treated for cpap for 4 years and I have never seen a mask rip.
