Help me read Sleepyhead please - infinity - 12-24-2016
So after having my machine for a year I finally figured out how to download the information into sleepyhead. Can someone help me read some of my data and tell me if I should be doing anything? Thanks!

I wish my AHI were that low! The numbers look good, however the most important thing is how do you feel>

Looks good to me too. I like to tinker with things so would probably up my pressure 10% and monitor my results for a week. Your result are <5 AHI so your considered well treated, as others mentioned, feeling good is the goal tho.
