I need a new mattress - just wondering if anyone uses an electrically adjustable bed and does this help the Sleep ApnoeaThanks

For most people a mattress is not going to make much difference other than comfort; however some people have positional apnea, GERD or aerophasia (air ingestion with CPAP pressure) problems where a different body position can make a big difference. There are any number of reasons someone might want an adjustable bed, and a lot are sold. Whether it has a therapeutic application is not something that can be generalized.

Sleep number beds are great and you CAN get them where they lift at the head, at the foot or both. Will it help with sleep apnea? No because most sleep apnea is not positional.
